Peakdx is a cosplay video community that lets users post short clips, save favorite looks, manage profiles, and read or publish backstage notes. This Privacy Policy explains how Peakdx handles information in connection with those features.

Safety & Age Requirement

Peakdx is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such account and information.

Information We Collect

We may collect profile details you choose to add, such as your display name, avatar, and bio. We also process the videos, photos, captions, comments, favorites, and backstage notes that you choose to create or save inside the app.

Device Permissions

Peakdx may request access to your camera, microphone, and photo library so you can record cosplay clips, select local media, and add profile photos. If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work until you enable that permission later in your device settings.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the app, display your posts, support saved looks, maintain your account session, review reports, and improve content discovery and app performance.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate hosting, analytics, moderation, and customer support functions for Peakdx.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate Peakdx, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
