Peakdx Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to Peakdx, a cosplay-focused app for short videos, saved looks, creator profiles, and backstage notes. By using Peakdx, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Peakdx. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using the service.

License

Peakdx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms of Use.

User Content

You are responsible for the videos, captions, comments, profile details, and backstage notes that you submit. You must have the rights needed to post your content, and your content must not violate the rights of others.

Zero-Tolerance Policy & Acceptable Use

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to use Peakdx to post content that is:

• Unlawful, infringing, or deceptive.
• Abusive, harassing, or threatening.
• Explicit, sexually suggestive, or pornographic.
• Privacy-invasive or promoting illegal activities.

Users who violate this policy will have their content removed and their accounts suspended or terminated immediately without prior notice. We encourage users to use our built-in reporting features to flag any inappropriate content or behavior.

Moderation

We may review reports, remove content, suspend access, or limit accounts when needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Availability

Peakdx may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Disclaimers

Peakdx is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be error free or available in every region.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Peakdx and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued access creates legal, safety, or operational risk.
